I called on Monday, 9/14/15 to request service. The representative suggested a quote first; an employee could get to the house by Tuesday 9/15/15 and that I could expect a call back with a quote and to schedule service. I didn't hear back Monday or Tuesday. I made an attempt Tuesday at 3:30pm to check in but there was no answer. I called back Wed morning 9:30am, no answer. I called a bit before noon on Wednesday again and got a hold of the same representative. She claimed not to be at the office but took down my information again and said she would call at the end of the day. We all know THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Why have a business if you actually don't want business? Good luck to you!

They cam when scheduled and sprayed the yard. Also informed me of the dry time and when it was safe to step on the grass.

This company typically has a good reputation...or so I thought. The initial application and service was great! We had all three of our lots sprayed and the trees. We signed up for the 6xyear program to have weeds kept out of our yard and to have it fertilized. They never came on a scheduled basis, but only when I called and asked them to come. We had a very bad lawn and we new it would need some extra care. When I would call and talk to the gal in the office she would promise to call back, but wouldn't. She would tell me she'd check on it, but didn't. This last time I called 3 weeks ago and still nothing. It has been very frustrating this last year to deal with these folks. Basically, I'd say they were non-responsive until I got ugly. I don't want to deal with a company that I have to do that with.
