e After waiting a month for the part to come in and be installed (hinges for an oven). It was discovered they were the wrong hinges. I questioned the owner, Tim, as he left if that was it (while pushing on the over door, sort of as a "Hey, this still isn't closing!"). He assured me that since the over light went off, that it was good. That night I placed something in the oven and discovered that even though the oven light was in fact off, heat was leaking from the top of the oven door. The next morning, I called to report that this was not okay and he'd need to come back. I was told, fairly rudely I might add, that he was on vacation and that I'd simply have to wait a week until he came back. A week later, I called to remind Theresa that he needed to come back. She said, "oh I tried to call you but got your voice mail so I didn't know if you still needed him." I asked why a message was not left on the voice mail, but got no clear answer. So, yes, I still have an oven that is not holding it's temperature because the hinges installed are still the wrong ones. Yes, I need him to come back and fix it. A few days later, Tim comes back and sure enough, "I must have ordered the wrong ones." He assured me he would get those ordered right away. This was five weeks ago.On Monday morning (it's now Thursday), I called to ask if the parts had been ordered, if I had been forgotten about, if it would ever be fixed, or if they just took the money and ran? Theresa did "some looking' only to inform me that she would have to check with Tim and that she would call me back. Tuesday, I called, again. Theresa would have to again check with Tim when he returned from Lovington. Later Tuesday, I call, Again. Tim had miraculously just gotten in and she would check again and call me. Fast forward to Thursday. I call AGAIN. Theresa informed me that she doesn't know if the part has even been ordered because "Tim won't give her a clear answer." Thursday afternoon, I decide that I'm just not okay with this so I call and request to talk to Tim. Either have him call me or give me his cell phone number. A-ha!! "I have talked to Tim and he did order the part!" said Theresa. I ranted for a bit about why it was that she didn't call to bother and tell me this information and she hung up on me. I will call AGAIN on Friday.
Description of Work: The hinges on my oven door were possible worn out and needed replaced as the oven door would not close completely allowing heat to leak out the top of the door and not hold temperature. The door was removed. New (but incorrect) hinges were installed and the oven door replaced.
