Master Plumbers

First repair was done and it was fine. Another repair was made which was not done correctly and still leaked when the water was turned back on. They told me the whole thing needed to be replumbed and at that point, I decided to get other estimates. I had 2 other licensed plumbers give me bids of less than half of what Master Plumbers wanted for the job so I had one of them do it. I will not hire Master Plumbers again and will not recommend them to anyone. Their prices are outrageous. I do want to say that the young man, Diego, who did the work, is one of the nicest and the most polite people you could ever work with. His employer just charges too much.

Employee came in and wouldn't look at the water heater and then proceeded to try to sell us a new water heater that was WAY to expensive and he would let up. So we ended up paying him to tell us we needed a new water heater and be pushy and rude.

Well it was thanksgiving and I did the big no no and used the garbage disposal for all the peeling from making food and clogged it with a combination of carrots and potatoes. So I knew it would be expensive to fix since it was a holiday. All in all service was fantastic and they were really nice about it.

Robert and his coworker from Master Plumbers where cordial and quick. I feel the price of the work was a tad high, but that's Hobbs. I will call them for future work.

Louie was diligent, careful and knowledgeable. He got our cranky appliance up and running and provided info on what to do in future.

Several others ( who had made the problem worse) had worked on my 4-year old Bosch tankless water heater, and we were having to light the burner with a match to get hot water. Louie asked for and checked the owner's manual and went through the series of actions with a Bosch Company technician to determine parts needed for repairs. After passing that information on to me, I ordered the parts from Homeneeds.com which arrived in less than a week, and Louie returned to install them. The water heater is definitely working 100% now! Hallelujah!
