 + -1 moreThey are not very responsive. The owner apologized for forgetting to reconnect vent pipes in attic but of course I'd already fixed myself. He did recheck seal but forgetting to reconnect pipes in attic was unforgivable. Forgetfulness is not an acceptable excuse.
Description of Work: replaced roof on house i purchased; seller selected and paid JAG. JAG did the job promptly but forgot to reconnect vent pipe which penetrated roof to corresponding pipe in attic. Cable TV installer discovered 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, there had been torrential rain storms in the interim. JAG also did not replace vent covers.

 + -1 moreWe kept calling, and they kept promising to get back to us. They called us once, and said they would be at both our properties to give us an estimate, and never showed. The next time I called the cell number, and they scheduled a date, and again never showed at either property.
Description of Work: Nothing. Kept calling & scheduled estimates, and never showed twice.

 + -1 moreThe woman who answers the phone for JAG was very friendly, polite, and agreeable. I wish however that instead of scheduling an unrealistic date for the repair, the woman would have told me her crew was backed up and it would be two weeks. Unfortunately, in this area, this is the standard for business across all fields, not just this company. If not for this, they would have gotten 'A' ratings across the board. The gentleman who did the estimate is the same fella who did the roof repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and quick with his repair. another three appointments were necessary for the interior damage repairs. Again, the men who did the work were knowledgeable and friendly. JAG did a great job on the repair. Despite the scheduling delay, I will use this company again, should the need arise.
Description of Work: The roofer pulled up some old shingles, built a "cricket", a water diversion device, and replaced the shingles. They also braced and reinforced some ceiling supports, replaced some sheetrock where there was water damage, retextured the ceiling, and repainted the area.
