+ -1 moreThe whole installation went great including the replacement of old duct work without making a mess in the house. I was impressed with the timely install and quality of work. Good People.
Description of Work: My son had a new a\c heating unit installed in his home. New duct work. I was involved in overseeing the work. These people know what they are doing and do good work. They offered two options for him and also offer a maintenance plan that will have them put you ahead of customers that just call in. His unit works great.

+ -1 moreMy ac is using way to much elect. The first time they came out a quick check was done and I was told the unit was bad and would have to be replaced at $1500.00, I was charged over $100 for the visit, I called back and talked the owner and He came out and checked the unit where a piece of metal was found by me to be shorting out the unit. A piece was install and He left. However the unit was still using way to much elect. like 5000 kw a month ( I only used 1900 last year for the same month). So I called again They came out again and said the unit was fine. NONE ONE went up in the attic to check the rest of the unit and I have been waiting for two weeks for them to come. 4 appointments and they don't show are call me are the landlord when they say they came bye. No way would I use them again, don't waste your time.
Description of Work: The ac unit outside my home was checked three times with meters and visual for problems do to using way to much elect (5000 for the month of July).

+ -1 moreI only bought a part from them as they didn’t have enough technicians to install it for me. They sat and explained how to install the part myself. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Certified Air Cond & Appliance to purchase a part from them about a year ago.

+ -1 moreAfter another company charged me $85 to tell me my air conditioner was broke and wanted almost $500.00 for the repair,CERTIFIED AIR COND & APPLIANCE sold me a condenser cooling fan and capacitor when no one was available to service the unit. The owner took the time to make sure that I had the correct part and how to install it. Three months later we our Air Conditioner is still working!
