+ -1 moreWonderfully! Our need was great and urgent. Sad to say that we had tried other appliance sale businesses. Each was either without a fridge we needed or communicated awfully. We waited three weeks for a fridge that never came. Called Boerners. They had what we needed. And delivered that day. I will refer and use anytime there is an appliance need. We are happy grateful customers.
Description of Work: My mom needed a refrigerator. This company was prompt. Had what we needed. Communicated excellently. And were people of their word.

Description of Work: My husband went down to their store to purchase a dryer as we prefer to shop locally when we can. we purchased a new dryer, but because the dryer did not come from their "normal" supply chain, they only offered a 30 day warranty. When I called and asked about the standard warranty and a possible warranty, they don't offer that service. The young lady on the phone was not overly friendly, andhad I not already paid cash I would have cancelled my order. Also the dryer should have been delivered that afternoon, and I guess that since I made her mad over my inquiry, we didn't get delivery until the next afternoon. We had to call 4 times about our delivery,and was lied to three of those times. Luckily we didn't have any plans, but had we had plans, they would have been changed. I understand things don't go as planned, but at least be honest with your customers and not make them wonder if something is amiss. I also checked the model number of the dryer, and could have bought it at home depot on sale.

Description of Work: Looked into issue with my washing machine. Very professional, and responsive. Unfortunately one of the parts necessary for repair had been discontinued and they were unable to complete repairs, but were willing to apply costs to replacement machine.

+ -1 moreSo fridge apparently stopped working while we went on vacation. We searched online to see what we could do ourselves. Found out the line the feeds cold air from the freezer part to fridge froze over. To be sure we kept the appointment we scheduled. The service man was great and knowledgeable. Since it was fixed when he came he serviced it and took out the ice system for my wife since we don't use it. He also said if it acted up in thirty days call him and he would come out with no service charge.
