"My wife had cancer and we hired this company to build a healing spa house for her cancer treatments. The father and daughter, Phillip and Jade Montoya, came and promised to finish in two months and said they understood that time was of the essence. They galdly took my wife's life savings, did about 1/3 of the project, then vanished, refusing to meet with either of us. A year later, my wife died broke and very humilated by Titanium construction. They have left me with a property I can't sell or rent and they refuse to even meet with me. I sent a demand letter two weeks ago and they made an appointment with me to create a schedule to remedy the situation, but they did not show up to this meeting and do not answer my calls. Note that the previous reviews were all written on the same day and the photos appear tpo be stock."
