+ 0 moreThe plumber was very professional. He explained what he was doing, did quality work, and the cost was reasonable. Sometimes there seems to be some poor communication between the office staff and the plumbers. We've called to reschedule appointments, are told by the office manager that the appointment has been rescheduled, but then get a call from the plumber on the day of the original appointment. The office staff has also frequently misheard our phone number(s), and when we initially started using Williams Plumbing the plumbers had some trouble getting ahold of us. Besides that, the work they do seems to be excellent. We've used them for two years now and have never been disappointed.
Description of Work: Hooked up and did maintenance on my swamp cooler.

+ 1 moreI had another local company look at our unit and after actually opening the unit and doing a thorough examination, it was determined that our unit was leaking because our drain pan had gotten plugged by a piece of insulation. The employee removed the blockage and the unit is functioning perfectly. I'm not sure if the Williams employee was incompetent or if they get a kickback from AHS for helping them deny claims, but I'll never use Williams (or any of the businesses the family owns) again.
Description of Work: Williams plumbing was the contractor assigned to us after we filed a claim through American Home Shield (AHS) because the A/C unit in our attic was leaking. I called them on a Monday and they said they would be out Wednesday morning. After not hearing anything by Friday, I called and asked when someone would be sent out and they had an employee at my house within a few hours. The employee's interaction with my wife (the only one home) was just short of rude. She was informed by him that the unit was leaking because the condensation drain line was improperly installed, and, big surprise, this probably meant that AHS would deny our claim because our plan did not cover improper installation. Sure enough, AHS denied our claim based on Williams' diagnosis of the problem.

+ -1 moreWhen they did come out they were here within thirty minutes. They were personable and more professional. They showed up and they did follow up as well. It was in the middle of the night and I know that they were sleeping but to be able to get up, take care of it and have a good attitude about it is the best part of it.
Description of Work: I used the plumbing service of Williams Plumbing. We had a flood and they were able to shut off the source. They assessed what is needed to be done and took care of the problem.

+ 0 moreThey are very busy, so I had to wait until the next day to get them here, but once they got here they were professional, polite, and efficient. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I also found their pricing to be very fair.
Description of Work: Opened the wall, fixed the leaking pipe, cleaned up afterwards.

+ -1 moreThe gentlemen were prompt and very professional in their uniforms. As a mother with little ones.. its always a concern to let repairmen in my home. Felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!!
Description of Work: I had a leaky bathroom faucet, which they fixed and didn't need to replace it. They also fixed the drain plug in the 2nd bathroom.
