Description of Work: They came & looked at the job.said no problem. Never heard from them again. Same with my neighbors house.

+ 1 moreTwo walls were not built on foundations, We added a new roof and a complete remodeling of the inside of our house. This was a year long process and he has become part of our family. He is honest to a fault. All electircal and plumbing work had to be redone and brought up to code. They removed a porch that was dry-rotted. We could not be happier wth the work that Neil has done. Most contractors in this area tack on an extra charge for supplies, but Neil did not do that. He gave us receipts for everything he had to purchase and did not mark up anything.
Description of Work: We had a complete restructuring of our house.

+ -1 moreThey are a small operation, it was a crew of two that came to work for us. They are known for being a little pricey, however when they are working for you - they work for you. They don't have a cell phone that is constantly ringing and leave to give other quotes. They are punctual and courteous. Every day they clean up the job site before leaving. They are extremely knowledgable.
Description of Work: They built a retaining wall.
