Bryan and crew we're professional and the heater is beautiful. They installed in one day! The care they put into their work is beyond belief. Painted, new panels, outlet and outlet covers aligned everything for easy access. I wish all contractors put this much care in their work. Thanks Universal Air!!!

We initially contacted Bryan about a quote for a new HVAC unit. He quickly made the appointment and showed up and did his inspection of our house. He sent us a quote within a few days. We asked more questions than maybe your typical customer would. He was always pleasant and professional and sent the information we requested in a timely manner. The installation went smooth for the most part. There were a few times where Bryan and his crew were not able to complete the work due to factors not always within their control, like the electrician getting called out for an emergency. Overall, we were very pleased with Bryan's work. We thoroughly enjoy our HVAC system.

I followed up with Bryan the next day (a Friday) to find out when pricing would be available for my project. He told me he was working on getting information from his supplier. I called him again the following Monday morning and he told me that he should have everything prepared by the end of the week. I called again on that following Friday, still no estimate prepared. He said he was having difficulty pricing the materials for the job, but I believe he just didn't want to do the project, as this is not a complicated situation to remedy. I called and emailed him several times the week after, but that week he did not return my calls or emails. If he had decided not to quote the project, I would have understood, but Bryan did not even give me the courtesy of a response. He ignored my attempts to contact him and did not follow up. I believe that is very unprofessional and I am very disappointed that I used Angie's List to contact him. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere in the future.

when we had our air conditioner put in they were done in several days with all the electrical and everything and had respect for our property. When we had our heater replaced they replaced all the ducts too and were done within a few days and now its nice and warm.
