They are all a bunch of big mouths that don't have a clue what they are talking about. It's a family owned business and you can tell the apple doesn't fall far from the tree here!! Each and every one of them are liars, and thieves. I wouldn't send someone I hated to this place because it would still be to good for them! They must of come from some inbreed family in the hills of Arkansas (sorry to those people from Arkansas), but these people are so ignorant, I can't believe that they have made it this far in life. It's just plain sick!!!
Description of Work: The only thing they did for me or to me was lie, cheat, and steal from me. They are worthless!

I was initially very pleased with this company and their promptness at coming out to my house to give me a quote for vinyl windows to replace my 1940's single-pane, metal-frame, crank-out windows. They were creative in their planned approach to install my new windows without removing the entire metal frame, so that the new windows would still look a bit old-fashioned and blend into the style of the house, and I thought I would be thrilled. They even adjusted the inital quote because it was more than I could spend, and we came up with what I felt was a reasonable price. I was told the price was higher than off-the-shelf windows from a large home improvement store like Home Depot, because my windows would be exactly the right size and would fit my frame openings perfectly. When the windows arrived two weeks later, however, they were all an inch or more too large. The contractor was going to CHISEL AWAY the stucco on my house to make them fit into the openings and tear out the metal frames, rather than install the new windows within and behind the metal frame (along the interior of the frame, so the metal frame was still exposed from the exterior) as we had agreed. Thank goodness I had a carpenter on site the same day, a very good friend of mine, and he refused to allow them to do this work. The window contractors reluctantly left and I showed up at their shop the next day to find out what had happened. They agreed to reorder the windows in the correct size (they indicated that they had measured the outside of the window frame, where the frame flares away from the glass, rather than the inside dimensions within the frame itself). Two weeks later the new windows arrived, and they installed two of them perfectly. Two of them, however, were still wrong. One was an inch too narrow (not the size we had agreed upon when they placed the revised order), and the small horizontally-sliding bathroom window was reversed, with the left side sliding over the right instead of the other way around as I had requested. My carpenter was still on-site, and refused to allow them to install the too-small window unless they had my permission and clearance. Rather than call me to clear it, the contractors returned to my house that evening after he left, removed the temporary glass, entered my house without my permission, and installed the window with a set of wooden shims around it. When I returned home after work at 10 pm, after having been forewarned by my carpenter at 3 pm and told that the temporary glass would still be there and why, I was horrified and livid to see that the contractors had "broken and entered" into my home to do this unauthorized work. I have no idea what they were thinking, and although they have since apologized and adjusted my price (as well as having replaced the incorrect bathroom window), I will never use or trust this company again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
Description of Work: Removal of old single-pane, metal-frame, crank-out windows with custom-sized, vinyl-framed, thermal windows.
