Description of Work: Called to repair our dryer which is only 2 years old, they sent our the service tech who diagnosed the igniter was out and would need to order another and would be in by Friday. I explained that we would be out of town through the weekend and that we would need to schedule a follow up on Monday morning. On Friday I received a call while i was out of town and the lady was rude and short as I explained that we would not be back until Monday. Monday came and went as did Tuesday and Wednesday on Thursday the tech arrived with a helper to install the igniter. I walked into a conversation as the helper was asking the Tech was there any doubt that the igniter was the problem? And the tech nodded his head yes, with wide eyes. They put the dryer back together and said the vent would need to be cleaned as that was restricting the air flow. I had cleaned the dryer vent and duct work with a shop vac as high as 5 ft but could not get higher. I call another company who came within an hour and thoroughly cleaned the vitalization and we tested the dryer that is when we realized that it was still not heating. I called back to advise Laroc and they said they would send someone over in the morning (Friday)... nothing on Monday I called them again a was able to send a different tech on Monday evening who diagnosed that another part would need to be replaced and that it was a stock Item and he would return in the am (Tuesday)... nothing... Wednesday... Thursday I finally called again and they had me scheduled in the afternoon??? I said okay have them call and I would meet them at the house... nothing... I called back at 4pm and they would call the tech right away and call me back... it has been an hour and still nothing. I am leaving again for the weekend so... it looks like it wont be fixed before i have to leave.
