 + -1 moreOn both occasions that we used Ben Franklin, they were able to come to our house quickly (first time next day and second time same day). They fixed our plumbing issues professionally and economically. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs while I live in Gallup.
Description of Work: Most recently changed the leaking inlet pipe on our water heater and before that replaced a pipe in our wall that had frozen and ruptured.

 + -1 moreThey said that they would come the next day so we have to call somebody else. They didn't try to come out or even be more professional over the phone. Their phone skills are not even professional.
Description of Work: We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but they don't want to come at night when we were having flooding.
