He was very professional. He gave me a very reasonable price which I could not afford at the time because I was not working. He was very understanding.

Rick, the plumber was on time, examined the problem and told me what it was and how long it going to take to fix it and the amount, went to work not a talker was very quiet.

We discovered 2 leaks under the kitchen sink and called Rick. Since his M-F rate is $75/hr and his weekend / emergency rate is 1.5x that, we decided to wait until Monday. He arrived promptly and set to work. One leak was located in the PVC drain pipe under the sink, so a section of that pipe was removed and replaced. The other leak originated from inside the kitchen faucet. Because of the faucet's age, we decided to replace it rather than try to replace parts within it. In total it took 2.5 hours, including time spent running to the supply store for parts. Throughout the process Rick was courteous and kept us informed. He worked quickly and seemed very honest. We will call him again, next time water starts appearing somewhere it shouldn't.

Our well pump storage tank separated from the pump, having collapsed from the stand where it sat, and the pipes were all twisted and broken. We had no water in the house and I was given this man's name by a neighbor's handyman, who had been helpful in the past. I called him at approximately 7:30am. He was here within an hour, ran to town to get parts, and returned and had it all repaired and working by 10 am. Very attentive, very professional, very reasonable given the damage that had been done.
