+ -1 moreThe owner came out and I liked his professionalism at first. But then he started to tell me what I wanted and that I couldn't do any of the work myself. I only wanted the contractor to replace the wood flooring and that I would finish the floors myself. He said that I would have to have him put at least linoleum down. That he could not leave an unfinished floor. He also said that he would have to replace all my wall board that it was not up to code any more. And not only would I have to replace the flooring but all the insulation underneath plus replace the belly flap under the trailer. I wanted to set a secondhand tub and use my own plumber. He said that his plumber would have to set the tub for his job to be warrantied. I felt that he was very pushy and when I didn't agree with what he wanted to do he became downright rude. His estimate of course came out thousands higher than what I got the job done for. And I got just what I wanted.
Description of Work: I was seeking estimates for floor repair & partial remodel of a bathroom.

We do not do swimming pools, septic cleaning, mold, termite or asbestos abatement, but have good references for tradesmen that do these services.
