+ -1 moreShowed up a little late for appointment. Did a excellent inspection, Structural, roof, electrical, under house. Took a while to get written report but it was high quality.
Description of Work: Inspected house before purchase. I was looking for major deficiencies.

Description of Work: They did a home inspection. Really friendly guys. Walked me through the house detailing what they found and where open and honest about what mattered and what didn't. Clearly knowledgeable. Report delivered very quickly. I wouldn't use anybody else.

+ -1 moreRon was at the house on time and was almost done when I got there. After he and his helper got through their inspection, Ron walked me through the house pointing out the items he had found. He took the time to explain the deficiencies as well as the good things he found. He also talked about the issues that could arise from not fixing certain things. The written inspection was very detailed and included photographs to illustrate what was described in the report. I got the report the day after the inspection in a .pdf format, making it easy to share and print.
Description of Work: Ron and his helper did a very thorough inspection of a house I am buying. The say after the inspection I got the report.
