Fast work, work well done, price was what he quoted even though we made a few changes.

Mr. Winn came recommended by not only the reviews here, but by the trades dept at San Juan College. So when I had to wait over a month to get his help, I was happy to wait to have a good job done. His men were nice enough, and were here when they said they would be. Mr. Winn occasionally checked in. It took about three days for them to finish the floor and shower. That is when the problems began. I asked Mr. Winn for a shower door, and he said and quot;Call Sun Glass, that is what I would do.and quot; So I contacted Sun Glass, and they came and installed a shower door, for another amount of $$. The first time I took a shower, there was a river running out of the shower into the bedroom. The slant on the tile was tilting toward the outside of the shower, rather than the inside. I called Sun Glass, and they came immediately, and pointed this out. I called Mr. Winn, about this problem. I asked him to coordinate with Sun Glass to have the very expensive shower door removed, before the work was done. His reply to me was and quot;WE know how to do shower doors!and quot; I should have thought back to when he suggested I call Sun Glass. HIs man came a week later, and changed the slant of the shower tiles, and removed part of the door. When he replaced it, it did not match up at all with the other side of the door, and it continued to leak. It was replaced poorly with silicone all over my new door. This, and the shower door scrapes on the newly installed tile. Sun Glass came to replace the door properly, and the only way to do that is to remove the door (like I wanted done in the first place) and replace it, and that will require replacing more shower tile. Sun Glass contacted Mr. Winn, and he blamed Sun Glass for not checking the slant of the tile before the original install of the door. This is just wrong. Sun Glass has been very responsive to my calls and my needs. Now they are left doing his clean up. He might be good at something, but tile and showers is not one of them. Find someone else to help you.

Mr. Winn came out at my request for an estimate on floor repair and partial Bathroom remodel. He was the only contractor that was honest with me, he said that he really couldn't really give me an estimate because he didn't know if there was any damage under the floor. I really appreciated this. I asked for a ball park figure and he stated and quot;around $1000.00and quot;. After not hearing from some of the other contractors and the experience of a pushy contractor I decided to give Mr. Winn a try. It took about a week to get things set up, but his team was punctual and professional. They took up the damaged flooring in my hall and laundry room. They left an unfinished floor just like I asked them to do. They removed the bathroom fixtures and replaced the flooring. I was going to finish the floors myself, but decided to have linoleum put down while the fixtures were out. Mr. Winn put me in touch with someone he uses for floors. I bought the linoleum and had it put down. The gentleman did a great job and was affordable. The plumber I had lined up to set my tub fell through. Mr Winn got me in touch with a plumber he uses. This gentleman came, replumbed and set my secondhand tub and recommended I replace the toilet. I took his recommendation and have been extremely happy with my new toilet and the tub was set just like I wanted. His price was also very reasonable. Mr Winn's team came back out and added the walls for my tub enclosure. Mr. Winn did just what I wanted and left the things that I wanted to do. I really appreciated that he was honest and listened to what I really wanted. I will gladly use him in the future.

Richard and his crew were very professional. The only delay was waiting for the wood to come in. If I have any other projects Richard will be my first choice.

We came home from town one day and the work was done while we were away. It passed our inspection.
