+ -1 moreI was advised that I may not have enough of the fabric I provided and was ask to pick a coordinating fabric which I did, but I said. If there is enough of my own fabric, please use it rather than the coordinating fabric. There was enough fabric, but they went ahead and used the coordinating fabric. It was used in such a manner that it looks uncoordinated to me. I asked them to make a small pillow of the coordinating fabric so that it didn't look so out of place. They wanted $30 which I thought was too much. Within less than a month the back separated from the front of the chair. I asked them to come and pick it u and fix it. They refused and told me I'd have to bring it in which I did.. The fix was apparently a simple one that just took a few minutes while I waited. I was them told that they would have come to the house to do the repair. By this time I was disgusted with them. I will not use Victoria's Upholstery again. I think I was overcharged, the workmanship was shoddy, and they didn't perform the service as I asked them to.
Description of Work: Reupholstered chair and ottoman with my own fabric.
