+ -1 moreValencia was pleasant, efficient, and did the job when and how they said they would. They also brought big rugs to protect the carpet where they went in and out of the crawl space. They vacuumed the area after removing the rugs when they were finished. They were excellent. The only problem I had was when I called their office and talked to someone who said the estimate wasn't enough, and when I asked what the price would be he wouldn't tell me, so I waited and called back later and talked to the man who gave me the estimate, and all was fine. I don't know what happened with the first man I talked to when I called to request the work be done.
Description of Work: Repaired insulation under the floor in the crawlspace, put in small bars to hold the insulation up, which the builder hadn't done, and added insulation around the perimeter on the concrete stem wall above ground..
