The office staff is so rude!! Installers showed up late reeking of marijuana. Very shoddy work, damage to my home and left a mess. Trying to resolve it with the office staff is ridiculous. I was accused of eavesdropping on installers when I said I heard them say everything was measured incorrectly. The one part they weren't able to actually fix, they told me about amd said they'd try to figure something out. It looked horrible but the lady in the office accused me of lying and said that's how they always do areas like that. They damaged my door frame, left caulk smeared all over the counters, sawdust all over the counters and the floor and screws laying around the floor. Unprofessional, rude, poor workmanship and messy. I was told my job was very complicated, which is why it turned out the way it did, when in reality I have a very basic kitchen.

Told the lady in his office I have to be present my husband has the beginning of Dementia. Lou called the next day came out talked to my husband. My husband forgot I was shopping that day and would be home late. Came home my husband said everything went find Lou will contact us end of week with estimate and finalize what I want. Well its been over 1 1/2 weeks and have not heard from him so I called. He stated my husband was not sure what I wanted so he told him I think this is what she wants. I asked him why haven't you gotten back to me, he said because my husband didn't know what I wanted. Lou said he was not happy he waited for me and I did not show up. I told him what I told his office girl that took the call. He was very rude and asked over the phone what I want. I told him and asked how I could blend in the existing cabinets. He said not possible. I said we can't do anything to blend may be if he came again and I would give my cell number to directly deal with me. He said I am really busy with 4 to 5 estimates a day. I said so you don't need our business or is it just you don't want to work with us because of my husband's disability. He became so rude I asked to speak to the manager. He stated he was the owner. This is really sad how he treats his customers and 2 years ago I would have recommend him to family, friends & co-workers. We are a small town and I would not recommend him although he does great work he refuses to work with people with disability's this is differently discrimination.

Showed up when they felt like it as well as not showing up at all. When I mentioned that I didnt care for the craftsmanship, all we got was a smartass remark.
