Called to order a woodstove, was still debating on what size to get, ask about the larger one on had, and wanted to see the smaller one also. Owner said that they didn't have a smaller one on hand at the time but he had one on the way. I said ok, I would look at it,after I did more homework on the smaller one and after our remodeling on the house was done , we decided on the larger one. The owner was very pushy on wanting to sell us the smaller on, was very un- professional in his manner. In his exact words when we told him we would be buying the larger one was com'on! attitude means a lot, even though the product itself was very good, the owners attitude was shockingly un professional is putting it lightly. The most pushy , controlling personality, I would never do business with this person .
