Had 3 months of service from Orkin. The first time appointment was at 9am, they came at 10:30. He took forever with paperwork. The second time appointment at 9am. I took off morning to wait for him, so he could do inside not just outside of house. I had to leave at 12 noon, he said he came at 1:00 and left paper with charge. The third time he came 30 minutes early. It looked like he was spraying the third time, but I never saw dead bugs; instead I saw spiders in house I had to kill. Since I was renting I can not change to another company.

Trish is our Orkin tech and she always goes out of her way to come treat our house when it works best for US. The dogs know her, and she has no problems at all. If we notice and quot;somethingand quot;, she always comes back and retreats the whole property, not just one room. Very, very pleased with the service.
