Description of Work: Horrible sub contractors. Had to have them back several times to finish the job. Never gave me paperwork with COO and did not give me my house keys back. Shoddy work and came up with too many excuses.

Description of Work: They did demo of existing house,and excavate foundation of house. Then they hauled off and cleaned up debris.

+ -1 moreThey were awful. All of the guys who do the work were very nice men. The first couple of times they came they did a poor job with the trenching. The water was not draining into the area where the sump pump was. They installed the sump pump in a five gallon plastic bucket. The floater kept catching on the side of the bucket. I realized it kept running and wouldn't shut off. They had to come out three times to do the trenching and to reinstall a different kind of pump. They put it into a metal bucket but they didn't draw any holes to let the water drain out. It kept running again and the bucket was floating in the hole they dug. I sent emails and called the company. They sent people out a few times but my husband and I had to end up fixing it.
Description of Work: They did some trenching in my crawl space and installed a sump pump.
