water softeners
+ -1 moreWestWood Culligan installed a chlorinating system in my house 2 years ago. Since then the pump has broken down 3 times. Most recently I called them to come look at it again and had an appointment scheduled for the morning of Sept 24th. I scheduled this around my work schedule so I could be home for the appointment. Richard called me around 10am and told me he could not make it until noon, but not to worry, he'd have the work done by my 2pm deadline to get back to work. I waited and waited and waited. No call... nothing. Finally at 2pm I called the office and told them to forget the service because I had to go to work. I am very disappointed in the way WestWood Culligan treats its clients. I will never use them again.
