Very good service. Oasis Water Well Drilling is a small family run business, in Espanola. We contacted them when our water stopped running last year as pipes etc. had become blocked. We were going to be away for a short while and Oasis agreed to come while we were away. The work took a bit longer than they had initially thought as whoever had first put in the well used unusual parts, not really for wells, and it was impossible to find fittings. As a result much of the pipes and connections had to be replaced. Because we returned before the work was completed, they even came out on a weekend to finish the job. We were very pleased with their work. They gave us lots of advice on how to maintain the well, in this area with highly mineralized water. There have not been any problems since.

When the pump on our well failed, we called a local well drilling/repair provider (NOT Oasis Water Well Drilling). The company failed to show up for two scheduled appointments and failed to call us to let us know they were not coming. We then called Oasis Water Well Drilling and they showed up for a preliminary assessment on the very same day we called. They reviewed our problem and given the age of the well, they recommended some additional work. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We scheduled an appointment to replace the pump and perform the rest of the recommended work. They showed up when expected and completed most of the work in one day. They came back the next day to finish the clean up. The job site looks great and the well house looks better than it did when new!
