+ 1 moreVery frustrating. The new stove is sitting in my kitchen now, not hooked up. The plumber will not be able to come now until (maybe) next week or Nov. 3, whichever comes first.
Description of Work: Delivery of kitchen stove. Delivery was changed 3 times (delay of 3 wks.) which in turn lost me the plumbers I had arrangements with for the hook-up. Poor communication on the part of the salesperson resulted in me climbing behind the stove and unhooking the old one. They were vey clear hat their delivery people did not hook-up but never said that they did not detach the old stove. Had the delivery man not had an extra crescent wench,they would have not delivered the stove at all. Te delvery people were fine, the company gets low marks for filling the order and exacting communication.
