Description of Work: They were nice enough guys, and on time. They did not warn me, however, that if they "fixed" something they would charge me for it. I'm not sure what they "fixed," other than diagnosing that the thermostat needed two double A batteries. Maybe they fixed something else. It wasn't clear.

 + 0 moreProfessional, courteous, responsive and reasonable price, but most of all knowledgeable and honest. Other bids did not explain issue and solution and were recommending either just cleaning or opening up wall and expanding vents. Rest assure this business will give you an honest, intelligent opinion and explanation of work needed and options.
Description of Work: Consult and diagnosis on strange gas omission. Thought it was carbon monoxide, but he explained it was methane from washer connection. Also, replaced relay on boiler for radiant heat issue.
