+ -1 moreMatt was very nice. He took lots of time to explain everything, including a detailed breakdown of what everything would cost and why it cost that much. I got several other quotes, but he was the best value for the work he was going to do. I hired him, he showed up the next day and competed the job in about 6 hours. It looks great and he guaranteed the work for 12 years.
Description of Work: Replaced section of roof, resealed seams and penetrations on main roof and repaired badly cracked parapets on a flat roof stucco home.
