Description of Work: I had a strange hissing sound coming from one of my electrical outlets that continued even when everything was unplugged. My neighbors told me that the builder did not do a very good job on some of the electrical elements within the house so I was very concerned. I called Shane and he come out within the hour. He assessed the issue/s and we planned for him to come back to complete the work in a few days. He did not charge me for the trip out but only for the hours worth of work completed that first visit. He finished the work and helped to ease my mind by explaining what he saw and fixed the issues throughout the house and garage. I was more than pleased with his work and price. I recommended him to all my neighbors for fear they might encounter the same or even worse issues. I highly recommend Shane and will always call him for our electrical needs.

+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. Our power was out only a portion of one day. With issues with the power company it could have been 2-3 days, but he persuaded them to respond to his requests and they did, He was awesome all the way though the process. We were so pleased that we gave him a $300 bonus for a job well done.
Description of Work: Shane took down the crumbling power pole and installed a new complete power stand, upgraded to 200 amps, installed panel in casita, other small jobs. Hardest part was coordinating with the local power company to lay underground line from the power company pole to our new power stand.

Description of Work: Everything. I didn't have to worry about any of it. He got the permits, arranged for the trenching, instructed me how to work with the power company, suggested options. My electrical service went out due to a faulty negative in the main. We ran brand new service, including power pole, underground line, new disconnect and meter box. He re-routed my old service eliminating a power tree in my back yard. He pulled new service wire to my existing circuit box.

+ -1 moreShane is very professional - We were originaly having issues with our attic fan - I called and fortunately, he was able to respond the same day. While he was here, looking at the attic fan, I brought up other issues of the GFI outlets not working and one of the breakers in the electric panal occasionally trippin; Shane ended up adressing everything in just one trip. Shane charges by the hour along with a small trip charge for the service call. His rates are very reasonable, and we felt confident in his ability and knowledge. We would defiantly use him again.
Description of Work: Repaired attic fan, replaced/rewired--3 GFI recepticles, microwave recepticel and addressed issues with the breaker panel.

+ -1 moreIn every category they were excellent. They were here when they said they would be here. They charged us what they said they were going to charge us. They did what they said they were going to do. Everything worked when they were done. They cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with their service. I have used them once before. We had a circuit out in our house that we couldn't find. He came out and knew exactly where it was and fixed it. He actually kept our house from burning down because he found a melted circuit under the house and he got it taken care of. The price was excellent.
Description of Work: They installed a new electric service to my home. They upgraded it from a 100 amp service to a 200 amp service. They ran electricity out to my barn.
