Completed in two visits due to having to purchase the replacement part, as I expected. The technician did a thorough job with diagnosing the problem and resolving it efficiently.

Our Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator that we purchased in 2007 started having issues where the fridge side was barely colder than room temperature and the freezer side was only cooling to about 40 degrees. Wayne quickly determined that the problem was the control board and sensor for the auto-defrost function. Unfortunately, the part was rather expensive (more expensive even than a PC motherboard, but that is an issue with Whirlpool), but it was still far cheaper than a new refrigerator. Wayne had the fridge back on its feet in no time, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Thanks Wayne!

Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with Sapphire Mechanical. Doug has gone above and beyond to educate me with maintaining my appliances and changing my water filters.

Wayne is always on time, very professional and efficient. This was actually the third of what will be four visits altogether this year. We've been replacing ceiling fans throughout the house as well as taking care of other miscellaneous items, like fixing a wall furnace vibration, draining and cleaning my hot water heater. The fourth visit in a couple of weeks will be installation of a new sink and faucet in the bar, as well as getting hot water to the bar.

They were good. They were very nice to deal with. It’s an owner operated thing and it’s nice. They are very detailed in their scheduling. Their work was fine and was spot on. I have worked with them before and I like them. They did a good job. He was a very nice guy. Their price was fair. I would use them in the future.

I have used him for several jobs. He is always great. He always tells me up front what it is going to cost. I have always been very happy with him.

The installations and maintainance were done on 7/20/2010 & 7/302010. As always, Wayne had suggestions to help me stay within my home repair budget and to keep future maintainance costs down to a minimum.

The company I bought the stove from didn't include the LP gas conversion kit as the store manager/salesperson swore was on my particular model. Wayne not only procured the conversion kit, he installed it with a smile and excellent, professional, quality workmanship. I will not only call him once again to handle my mechanical, etc. needs in my home, I will also buy my next major appliance from him!
