Inspections were ordered on April 10,2020 and the appointment was set for April 27, 2020. Company was a no show on appointment day. I made a call to the company to see if they were just running late and was told they had an emergency and rescheduled for the next day. It’s been 16 days and the reports have yet to be rendered. I’ve called several times and the receptionist is rude, unprofessional and unapologetic about the lack of reports. I advised the receptionist of a real estate contract deadline of the first week of May and she said they were “slammed” and I just had to wait. No apologies-just excuses and rudeness. I would use any other company but this one.

Mr, Massey plugged the old well on my property, and dug a new one. It took quite a while to get to "good water" and that, of course, drove the pricing up. The well operates OK and services 2 homes without any loss of water. During a recent capacity test, the water quality was significantly reduced, as the test stirred up a lot of sediment. My biggest problem is with the followup service. I am selling my house, and according to the county records, there is no valid well permit. The county ( and state ) requires a flow meter installation prior to final inspection. He did not do this, and consequently the inspection was not fully complete. After he took my money, he assured me that all was satisfied at the county, and after the fact I find out that it isn't. I recently called to get him to install a meter, and he said "you don't need one" and refused. I don't know why he refused. Does he think metering is an unjustified requirement? Or does he think that he has my money, and doesn't want to do follow-up work for free? In any case, I paid another well service to install the meter and now all is good, and I can move forward with selling my house. I have told the buyer NOT use him for any follow-up maintenance. One final thing. Mr Massey loves to tell you he's the greatest well service in the East Mountains, but I also have found out that he continues to bad-mouth every other well service in the area. Do NOT believe his lip-service. You CAN do better.

BEWARE....DO NOT USE. in my opinion this is the most dishonest person I have ever come in to contact with. He will rip you off before he gets to your home.
Description of Work: New Review His wife filed a false lien on my home for an invoice of materials and services never DONE! I never received a copy of this, until I spoke with a Real Estate Agent 9 months later and she said there was a lien.

this company put a lien on my home from an invoice where work and materials were never used!
Description of Work: Well went dry 7/27/2012. In August Sandia Well said they would drill a new well, but i had to have 1/3 of the bid up front. In September came to property and started, then stopped, truck broke down, took all equipment off my property 3 times to put other peoples' work ahead of mine. I Filed a formal complaint with NM State Engineering office in November. Still no useable water. To this date 2-2013 my well is not fixed, and I still have no quality of water to drink, wash, bath etc.

Called Rusty's that afternoon and he offered to come out that night if needed. Since I was able to get water as long as I reset the breaker box I had him out the next day. He immediately found the crack in the float and replaced it. He said there was a possibility that the pump might be bad as well, but wanted to start with the most obvious and cheapest part first. Have not had any problems since the float was replaced. Saved a lot of money and time. Not sure if the techs they sent didn't know what they were doing, they have a habit of trying to get the most expensive repairs approved, or trying to get one over on a woman, but didn't like their service what-so-ever. The only good thing about Sandia was that I didn't get charged for their service call. But was very glad I received the 2nd opinion and saved over $1600 in repairs that were not necessary.
Description of Work: Over the forth of July weekend found our well tank went empty. Reset the breaker box, tank refilled and shorted out again. Called Sandia Well and was able to get someone out. However, once they arrived things went downline fast. The techs that arrived didn't seem to know what they were doing and within minutes they were on the phone with someone else trying to figure out what was wrong. They took a couple of electrical readings and determined that I needed to have the pump pulled and replaced. When I asked about the float itself and couldn't that be causing the box to trip they said it's not likely but didn't even have a float to replace it. I pushed the issue and said that when I looked at the system it appeared that there might be a small crack on the float and being that the float is what was tied to this electrical box and that the box only seems to trip when the tank is full, I thought they should look at that a bit closer. They got the guy they were talking to on the phone again, and had him talk to me. He was convinced that the pump has to be the problem and quoted me a starting price of $1800.

Sandia Well was recommended to us by a friend. We've had trouble finding a honest driller, so we really wanted this company to drill our well. We had money in hand. We had left two messages with a secretary, both of which we never got a call back. On our third call, we just asked for David (the driller) by name. He was there, and we were able to speak with him. We told him our situation, and he said he'd look into our land and see if he'd be willing to drill there. We then sent him an e-mail of the well records for around our property, so he could see what the land was like. After 3 weeks had gone by, and a few e-mails were sent, we still never got a reply back. After sending an e-mail saying that we were getting disgruntled by not having a reply, either yes or no, he finally e-mailed back saying that he wouldn't be able to drill our well. Our total time lost was 5 weeks waiting to hear from this company. We are now 5 weeks behind schedule on starting our home. Sandia Well never even apologized for not returning any of our calls or e-mails. We are seriously disappointed with this company and would not recommend them.
