Scott Butler with Quality Millwork completed a “Cabinet Reface” project for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets Spring, 2019. We are very satisfied with the beautiful work he did. Everything went off without a hitch. This is a first-rate company you can rely on. The one-man owner (Scott Butler) and his longtime assistant Josh, did a superb job, showing up every day on time and working throughout the day, cleaning up each day. Job took five days, and they were never intrusive. If you want this kind of work done, consult Scott for sure before you make a choice

I am absolutely delighted with the result of the refacing job! Scott delivered on-time (a week before Christmas!), used high-quality materials, and he and his helper were professional and courteous. My previously dark, dreary kitchen looks fabulous with the new, quality light maple cabinets. He also built a new, matching window sill for me. When he realized the bottom of the cabinet above the frig needed refacing too, he added it on as well.

The final job is beautiful. Scott spent a whole week installing the kitchen doors and putting on the refacing for the existing cabinets, the end product is amazing and a lot cheaper than tearing out all the cabinets and putting in new. What I think was a bit excessive was the cost for the soft close drawers, but I wanted them and I still had them put in, it added another ~$1K to the overall cost. The quality of wood and craftmanship is very good. Now to get the backsplashes finished.

Scott did an amazing job. He was very professional and was not pushy in sales pitch. He executed exactly what we wanted and did it with quality workmanship. Our cabinets are beautiful and soft close. We also got the extended drawers that also soft close. Scott was a joy to work with. If you want quality cabinet refacing installed by a professional, Scott is your guy!

Doors were installed about a month after the quote - just as predicted. The doors are beautiful, hung with high quality hinges (for a "soft close") and exactly what I wanted. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and clean-up was thorough. Couldn't be happier!

Scott was very professional. He gave us many choices of styles and colors, and the work only took four days.

On target, on time, and very satisfied with the work. The owner and employees were super friendly, and professional. All cabinet doors and drawer facings were replace with brand new doors and facings - what an opportunity to really change out how the kitchen looked to include cabinet and drawer design plus new color. All exposed facing around the doors, drawers and built in was covered with matching material. Cost was less than another company which would have taken the existing doors and drawer faces to their shop and refinished the surfaces. New vs. refinished, we took the new and are super satisfied. The cost while it appears high there was lots of work and material. We have a very large kitchen with 32 kitchen doors and 14 drawers. Would highly recommend and definitely would hire again.

The job went better than I hoped. Scott and his associate were on-time, wonderfully energetic, quiet, cleaned up each day after they were done and answered all my questions. I have 16 cabinets, 5 drawers and Scott built a cabinet for my trash bins. Now I love to go into my kitchen. I would recommend refacing instead of new cabinets, costs much less and looks brand new. Thank you Scott. I LOVE THESE CABINETS!

As close to perfect as possible. I am very pleased. Scott came and bid the job. It was in between the price of full cabinet replacement and veneer placed over the old cabinets. I only wish I would have done this much sooner.

Scott was wonderful to work with from day one. He came to our house with samples of kitchen cabinet finishes and pictures of kitchens he had worked on. Scott took our cabinet measurements that day and gave us an estimate promptly. He kept his promises as to when the cabinets would come in and be installed. The 3 days that he and Josh were with us were amazing; we felt very comfortable and their time with us was very peaceful and they worked quickly and left their work areas clean each day. Our cabinets were amazing the first day, the second day they were remarkable and by the end of the third day, my husband and I knew that we would ask Quality Millwork, LLC to come back for more work. Our kitchen cabinets are BEAUTIFUL!! The standard molding and the crown molding that was added the last day was so exact that I doubt anyone would think our cabinets were anything but custom made. Our experience with the owner, Scott Butler, was outstanding from beginning to end. During our first contact for estimates we were very impressed with his pleasant presentation and his answering all our questions and concerns about the re-facing project. My wife and I have owned over half a dozen homes and this was the first time we had a major renovation of a home kitchen. The cabinets were a key part of the renovation and we wanted someone that we could feel comfortable with to deliver a high quality product and high quality work. Mr. Butler delivered all that. Mr. Butler brought with him samples of cabinets and photos of his work. He also gave us ideas on the different styles of cabinets that we could select. My wife and I had a good idea of what we wanted and he brought it all together. We selected the style, wood and color and he e-mailed us his estimate that evening. We felt comfortable with the quote and it was within the overall budget we had for the other parts of the renovation. Mr. Butler gave us a start date of about 3 weeks and he started work on the day he gave us. Mr. butler would return our calls promptly as we had other questions to ask prior to the work being done. During the 3 day phase of the cabinet re-facing, Mr. butler was on time and his work ethic was evident. Occasionally, we would have short pleasant conversations with him as we were home and I had other work there. He was respectful of us and our home. When he had to leave for lunch or go get something at the local hardware store he would tell us and he was prompt coming back to do his work. Before leaving for the day Mr. Butler would clean the work area and inform us of what time he would return the following day. He was prompt. One day he called to let us know he would be a half hour late and he was there as promised. My wife and I are very pleased with the cabinets and would recommend him to family and friends. On a side note, when we first met Mr. Butler, My wife told him humorously that before she died she wanted a beautiful kitchen and he told her that she would have that kitchen. That beautiful kitchen was delivered.

Scott was very timely and did an excellent job. His prices were great. We had researched other companies and his price for real wood was cheaper than the fake wood doors. He took down some of our cabinets and moved them to another wall and built knick knack shelves around them. You can't go wrong with quality millwork!

He is just a nice guy to do work with. Very thorough, very punctual. He will call and tell us if there are any problems or time delays. High quality work. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We are so happy with the kitchen and bathroom cabinet re-facing that Quality Millwork completed for us. Scott listened to our explanation of what we thought we wanted, offered options to meet our expectations, and helped us make a decision on wood and finishes.
