Three Chips Construction

Our metal roof started leaking at the start of monsoon season and was getting worse with every storm. We called Three Chips and spoke with Daniel, who was very nice. They were busy working on a big project but he still gave us a consultation quickly. The job was done in a couple hours and the price was appropriate for what needed to be done. The roof hasn't leaked since! Dealing with Daniel was one of the best aspects of Three Chips as he was very friendly and informative.

Long story said would clear my yard of weeds and apply major expensive weed killer, so would not have any more weeds at least. Except nothing is perfect but my neighbor had same thing done 5 years ago he has no weeds except the occasional weeds but 3 weeks later. All are back in force like nothing was ever done. I complained he told me because my neighbor has weeds and it is this kind of weather here I had an issue. He said would do some weeds to just pull comes out and gets a couple of guys to get the weeds out took all day. Then tells me he will not spray again I was very upset I am 62 year old woman but educated know this is not right. Then a young man told me I am totally truthful here totally he told me "mam you are right he has been diluting his chemicals by 75 percent he does it to get old people to do the yards again. Please do not tell him I told you but he does it so sorry do not pay anymore. He also told me is aware many complaints including my Mother who is 86 and my Dad who is 91 using us!!!!" I am dealing with a yard that has no weed control or anything!!! We are talking over $900.00. Have to go and take care of the yard just like it always was but have bad hip and broken knee he is arrogant refused to re spray my yard told my Mother he would not do anything anymore. He is in trouble I think do not know who to contact this young man told me he was diluting the weed chemicals to get more work. I am out a fortune for nothing!!!!!!!!, please no one hire this man!!!!!!! He will not live up to any responsibility for anything I am not a person that complains I am not but this is taking me and others for a great deal of money for weed control whit no result am still pulling weeds it is the same as always was. Would like to say my neighbor that had great result did not use this company my date may be off as my mother has the actual dates but is still a scam he is doing do want the worker that told me the truth about what he is doing to have some protection feel bad but need to help myself and others.

I can't say enough about Three Chips, Daniel and his crew. I was under the gun to have new roof installed and he knew my situation and made sure he was able to get the materials and get started on the roof ASAP. The crew was fabulous, showing up on time and working through the whole day. Daniel checked on them a few times during the work period to make sure of the progress and quality of the installation. I see that they have many areas of construction, repair and remodeling offered and they will definitely be my go to company. Thank you, Daniel, and all the guys who put so much effort in getting the job done quickly and professionally.

They did carpet installation. They had to take the old carpet. We had a pipe that burst so we had a leak and they had to replace the carpeting. They did an excellent job. They do everything. he's got a yard maintenance crew, guys that come out and paint and electricians to hang lights and do electrical works in the house. He's got different guys that do different things. He can build a house. He had a bid in one time to build a small motel here one time. I don't know if he got the bid. He's not the least expensive here in town. We use him because he's the best. We'll schedule appointment for him and he's always here when he says he'll be here.

Contacted Three Chips for tree trimming services. They provided a written estimate, and performed the work within a reasonable period of time. Manager was concientious in phoning to keep me advised of the job status. Crew peformed as expected and cleaned up the area after they were done. Observed safety precautions (barriers, tape, etc).
