Did not ensure that the job was done correctly - had to have another HVAC gut come in and fix. Will never use or recommend him or his son.

I can't imagine worse quality in service. They cashed my check right away and told me the whole unit would be installed in 2 weeks. three months later the unit was on, plugged in temporarily to my electric box. The whole system leaks. I have had to get in touch with a housing inspector and a housing investigator to attempt to fix the problem. The receptionist/owner was quite rude on the phone once she found out we were having problems. We found out that one of the owners lost his license. This was a NIGHTMARE!!! !!!WARNING!!! They have also changed their name to Renaissance Heating and Air Conditioning!!!!
Description of Work: Installed new refrigerated A/C unit and manufactured and installed new duct work for home.

Terrable, I am an engineer and told them they were not licenced or installing the new equiptment acording to manufacturre specifacations and over priced for poor work.
Description of Work: Ibstlations of new heating and cooling system. Volated New Mexico Law and undersized ventlationtion system by 1/2. Fined by State of New Mexico for not having a license to install LP gas.
