It went terrible. We had a pipe from the water heater to a built in drain. The plumbing service cut the pipe. to this day if there is any back up water floods our room. Lesters drilled a hole in our house and placed a pipe along the wall from the water heater to the hole they drilled. We were told that this would fix the draining problem. Re-placing the pipe they cut would have fixed the draining issue the pipe down to the drain, would have fixed the draining issue. Now I have a pipe in the room that goes to the outside that does absolutely nothing. We even had to pay for the pipe they placed. We have an under the floor heating, that we can no longer use for fear if it leak and flood our room. The date of service may not be exact as it has been a while since I asked Lesters Plumbing to do anything.

Went fine. Work done very well.

He was very patient with my elderly mother. He installed the unit, showed her what to expect and returned with a new wall control. He did an excellent job, and has always provided an excellent service for us over the years. Lester has always been first on our list.

Prompt, fast and will use again

He was great. He was excellent. It took him about 3 days. He had ordered the parts he did not have. Temperature was too high. He came over in and somehow got it going temporarily until he got the right parts. He is very good. I will call him again.
