It took them actually two months to get the water sample results back to me and that was only after multiple phone calls. I was really worried about some of the stuff that was in my well water and so wanted something done right away. So they said we would just come out and take a look at your equipment and even though you do not have the results back. Of course, they came in and looked at the equipment and said O'My goodness you need all this work. He said that if you would give me a check for $1171 then I will do all this work for you. I will make it arranged with the plumber to come out and do all this stuff. I contacted the plumber directly and they came out and tested all my equipment and it was fine. So, this guy just came out, said you need all this work done, give me a check and we will get it done, and it never got done by him. He kept promising me that well you know that product I ordered for you, you are going to have to use it eventually anyway. You will see that your equipment is definitely going fit. He would not give me a refund, he would not come pickup his product. It is a 60 pound box of stuff that is sitting in my doorway still since last summer. He supposedly was partnering with Sandia International Laboratories, which is a huge company here in New Mexico. They do mostly just defense projects, but they gave him a $20,000 grant to do these water tests. The people that I spoke to, took their water for a test and did not get their tests until the same day that I finally made my last call and told them I was calling the Attorney General's Office. Then the people started getting results on their water tests. After all my complaints he finally gave me a partial refund of $576. I still have this box of product that I do not need, because the plumbing company that came out and checked on my equipment said it does not need any of that stuff. What this guy did was, he was supposed to give this stuff as a plumbing company to the other company who was supposed to come to my house and install it. Well, when every thing went wrong the plumbing company called him and said where is the stuff we are on our way over there to the house now and obviously he had never ordered that. Then the next thing a couple of days later he had it drop shipped to my house, after the plumbing company said I did not even need any of the work done. Then, he would not pick up his product, he would not give me my money back. So I think this guy is into some major scam. I recorded this with Sandia International Laboratories Investigative Department, because there was another guy there in their department that was supposedly working with this man and this man's name is David Boaz. He kept making all these excuses to me that why they could not get the water tested. They said that the Sandia Lab equipment was bad and it broke down and they were trying to find another company that had similar equipment to do all the water testing and that went on for two months where they were giving me all those excuses. I found out from Sandia International Laboratories that that was nonsense. They said if any of our equipment ever breaks down, we have it fixed right away. So they are investigating this guy at Sandia Labs too. I do not know what is going on, as I have been so busy and I did not have a chance to get back with the investigator at Sandia Labs to find out what happened. I am really convinced there is some sort of a scam going on here.
Description of Work: HydraTech of New Mexico promised to do, if I brought them a water sample, water sampling for me that day and give me the results that afternoon.
