After a few weeks of getting estimates, some high and some lower we decided on MountainSide contractors. They took the ramp out in a few hours, removing the tree root that was causing the damage. They were reasonably priced, quick and efficient. They got the whole job done in two days. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job looked good and that we were happy. The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9 per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well.
