Bonnie was relentless in assisting my son in finding a reliable tenant which met his critera. She is non-stop in her negotiations with local vendors.....he is her number one client at all times, or makes him feel that way, which is awesome. In a town such as Clovis, where there are many transient families due to the Air Force Base, there is the opportunity for local vendors to take advantage of these folks. Bonnie seems to deal only with the most honest and reliable vendors in town. Bonnie is fair and equitable to tenant and homeowner (landlord). My son highly recommends Bonnie for anyone, especially the military personnel, who are looking to rent or lease properties in the area.

When I first asked to rent a house from this service, they started off "clumsy" with some math, trying to charge me more for partial month rent. Then while I was out of state, my roommate informed them of some issues with the house, when I returned 8 months later, the issues were not resolved. My roommate also paid for a pet deposit, and when he moved out, they tried to get me to pay another pet deposit, but no legal document was signed stating that only my roommates dog was allowed. March of 2012, they tried to get me to sign another year lease, though I was in the process of buying a home and they were informed of this.
