I called at 1100 and was told that it would be awhile because they were busy. The guys called 15 min ahead before arriving at 1pm. I had already dug out the leak to reduce the bill, and the entire repair took less than an hour. What I really liked was they advised me what to do in the future. The sprinkler line had gone bad and they simply plugged it and told me what materials to use to run a new line, then call them to come out and attach the new line. These guys do great work on AC and plumbing!

Tightened up the connections and recharged the freon.

WT Denton promptly called us back after we left a message with them. They sent a technician out that day to look at our underperforming ac unit. The unit was frozen in the attic without hopes of unfreezing that day, so he checked all he could for leaks and promised another technician would be by the next morning after it unfroze. The next technician arrived promptly that next morning, did a thorough check of all lines filters coils and vents. He charged the freon level stating that the contractors that built the house likely never topped off the unit when they installed it. The ac is running strong for the past couple of weeks with no issues and they only charged us $96 for the entire ordeal. Very reasonable, polite, and punctual technicians. You can't go wrong using these guys!

These people are expensive, but when they do a job, it is done right (so it is worth it). I would call them any time for work on my heating, cooling, or plumbing systems; in fact, I will not let anyone else do this work!

Very prompt and professional, did great work, would definitely use again. A little expensive for what they had to do, but still worth it to me to have it done right the first time and have it done so quickly.

Called Paralez plumbing in November for a clogged toilet. they were here 15 min and got the toilet to flush but left a complete mess when they left. One month later toilet clogged up again. This time I called W T Denton. They were here in 30 mind, spent almost an hour working on my drain vent. They pulled out a huge clump of roots that had built up. They fixed the problem and went the extra mile turning off my water to change the water valve feeding the toilet. If that wasn't enough they changed my valve at no charge. W T is the only plumber I will use in the future

They fixed a leak in the pipe going to the hot water heater. They came within an hour of the phone call and fixed the pipe on site.

Prices were higher than other places. Wouldn't go through him again, due to prices.

The plumbing went great. The AC was a mixed bag. Had to have them come back out because they did not do a thorough job the first time and it still had a bad switch. Then had to go to the office and have one of the trip charges removed because I was charged for the revisit.

Our 3 year old A/C started blowing hot air when it was set to cool. I called on a Monday morning, and they were out that afternoon. It was a very simple fix and they were very professional and friendly. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to fix. I'm glad to have cool air again!

I just got home from Dallas and my husband was out of town and the A/C was blowing hot air. I called WT Denton that night and their answering service answered and an technicain called within 10 min however it was to late for a technician to come out that night. I was a little upset because the house was really hot and made for an uncomfortable evening but he was out first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. He did apolizied for not coming out the night before because he wasnt sure how to get to my house. I understood because I lived in the middle of nowhere and it is difficult to find my house in the dark and he didnt want to get lost. I would call them again very professional and the technician answered all my questions.

Called W.T. Denton on Friday. They had someone here first thing Monday morning. I explained to Matt my dealings with the previous electrician. Previously, I had an electrician out for the same job. He was from another company. He correctly diagnosed a cracked fixture; but, stated parts were no longer available for this particular fixture. He suggested I head to Lowe's to purchase a replacement 6" can that would not match the rest of my light fixtures. After explained this to Matt, he just kind of shook his head. He took a look at the light fixture and confirmed the light receptacle was cracked. He jumped in his truck and was back in about a half an hour with the required parts. My light fixture is fixed; and, it still matches the rest of the house. Highly recommend!!

Excellent. Called on a Thursday evening and Garry was on my doorstep first thing the next morning. First impression, very experienced and knowledgable. He's ex-military and it shows. Very up front, competent and professional. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leaky tank which was an improper install by the previous plumber. Moved over to the sink and removed a giant chunk of my roommate's hair (to my dismay). Three bottles of Drain-o hadn't fixed this; but, Garry tackled t in about 2 minutes. Then he returned to the toilet to address the flushing problem. Diagnosed it as likely low water flow. Changed the flapper valve and the toilet was off and running with no issues. Highly recommend!

Called W.T. Denton for a service call and they were there that afternoon. They troubleshot it down to a bad circuit board. They didn't have the one needed on hand due to the age of my heater, however they were able to make a temporary fix that got the heat working while we waited for the part to come in. A couple of times it stopped working while we were waiting and they quickly repsoned to my call and were able to get the heat functioning again. Once the correct part arrived they returned to install the proper parts and discovered that we also needed to replace the thermostat as the one we had wasn't compatable with the heater/heat pump. All in all very good service and follow up.

We use them primarily for HVAV. They come to service our heat pump and air conditioning unit. They have also fixed a sink pipe and installed a new water heater for us in the past. They've been here multiple times over two years. They are a very professional company. They are great. The guys that come out are very professional and helpful. We don't have anything to compare their price. We had a really good water heater. When they came out and did the assessment, they said we could deal with a smaller one which was a lot less costly and I'm not sure every company would do that so I appreciated that. They were wonderful.

From the time I called WT Denton at 10 am on Saturday, to the arrival and repair by their plumber at 12:00pm, I received professional and quality service resulting in the repair of my leak. The plumber was very professional and the woman on the phone taking my call was quick in finding me a service provider to come to my house. WT Denton is located 30 minutes one-way from my home and they were able to have a plumber to my house within 2 hours of my call to their 24 hour service line. I have not yet received the bill from WT Denton, but I am willing to pay the overtime and travel costs knowing that my repair was responded to and fixed in an appropriate and timely manner.

I have a yearly contract with them. They come out once before the summer and once before the winter. They will replace anything that needs to be replaced and service it.

They serviced my unit in July 2010 and then billed me a year later when they said the service man that performed the service doesn't work here anymore. I paid the bill because I can't prove that I have already paid it ( they came out several times for the same problem last year and I paid the bills every time they sent me a bill) but I will not use them again.

They are quick and very responsive. They come right out, but they are a bit pricey.
