I bought my house a little over a year ago and I originally called Snider because I had lost partial power in my house, but no breaker switch had flipped. Also, I turned off the main breaker switch and not all the lights went off. Thirdly, I had a light that was stuck on and would not turn off unless you unscrewed the bulb. Lastly, many lights would flicker after being left on for extended periods regardless of the age of the bulb or the way it was screwed in to the socket. I repeatedly tried to establish positive contact with Snider. The receptionist kept ensuring me they would call back to schedule a time to come out and look at my lights, but two weeks and approximately 4-5 phone calls later, I hadn't heard anything. I ended up going with Dand T Electrical (recommended to me by my realtor); they came out that day and had everything fixed within three days.

No service performed.

Snyder Electronics was the only electrical service to promptly return phone calls, have estimate performed when scheduled, provide a very fair estimate and do what they said they would when they said they would to include having many service techs on site to get the job done fast. We called almost all the other electric companies and independents in the phone book, to include located in Portales, and they would rarely respond after our initial phone call for an estimate, and those that did respond didn't show up when scheduled to even provide a prompt estimate. Everything about Snyder Electronic's service was nothing less than outstanding professionalism. The lead tech was Fred, a former Navy Gunners Mate whom ensured his team was professional and prompt at all times.
