As we'd heard nothing from them we assumed that the work had been done, and we'd get the bill. Our in floor radiant heat system relies upon water from our well. We attempted to restart it and found pressure necessary for the system to work was almost a 0 psi. We called our heating and air conditioning guy and he checked the system filter and said there was still a problem with sand in the water from the well. I've made numerous calls to the headquarters of Roman's service without any return calls. I am stumped at these people (same ones) who drilled the well over 25 years ago. Super service until now.
Description of Work: Drilled our well over 20 years ago and provided maintenance over the years. Called the provider last fall to rectify a problem we were having with sand in our water. Had a short discussion about some major problems. Assumed that they would take care of them. Last we heard from them.

I called for a bid from this company, and after receiving the bid I noticed very high charges for items that didn't pass muster. I researched the costs, and the bid was awfully high especially in comparison to other local areas with similar drilling conditions. The contractors were not happy that I questioned their bid or called for more estimates from other companies, so they told other local contractors not to work with me. I am building a home so this is very detrimental to my reputation general contracting a home myself. I know that this company did this because I hadn't received any other bids yet when I heard this from a contractor that I am working with. Cronyism and malice run rampant with this company, and I would never recommend their services because of their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: This company and I talked back and forth a few times after I received their bid for drilling a well on my property.
