 + -1 moreThey did give us a discount on what they were doing. That was pretty good. The reason they gave us a discount was because they sent out a person who was fairly new. It was taking hours to do it. When they came back out and saw what was going on, they took action and gave us a discount on all the hours and everything that he spent out there doing it.
Description of Work: The sprinkler system was broken. The main valve in the back froze over and broke. So they came over and they dug up the area and repaired the plumbing.

Description of Work: The plumber came the first time but could not finish the job because I had bought the wrong part which he said there is no way I could have known. He told my wife which part to buy which she did. I called to set up another visit so they could complete the job. I specifically asked the lady on the phone if they were working the Wed before Thanksgiving because I knew my wife would be home that day. The lady on the phone confirmed that they were working that day and said the plumber would be there between 10-12. On that day no one showed up and when my wife called to inquire where they were, was told they did not have us on their schedule. However, instead of going out of their way to make amends for the mistake, left us having to go through the holiday with only one shower and family visiting. I had even paid for the 1 1/2 hours of service through this site of which they only used 45 min. I am not pleased at all with their customer service. They certainly are NOT RELIABLE! Gary Storkan
