Description of Work: Back yard patio with 2 gondolas, waterfall, 2 ponds and a river. The pond did not hold water and they refused to complete the pond. The patio was to be made of flagstone and polymer sand but the quote they gave me did not cover enough of the patio so they made up their own sand compound which did not work. Instead of completing the patio properly they slapped (and I use that term intentionally) concrete in between the stone. It looks terrible, is not level with many gaps and cracks. There is concrete spattered all over the stones. When contacted they said they were behind schedule so will not complete the job but wanted paid. At the beginning they seemed promising but by the end they rushed the job and did a terrible job. I was left to spend about 6-8 weeks to repair their mistakes. I talked to someone else who used them and they had the same issues. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
