+ -1 moreTechnician was Mike. Upon arrival looked at tub. Mike stated what he thought the problem might be. Stated parts are expensive. Inquired about cost. He stated @ $40.00. Mike left to get the parts. Never stating what total cost might be, and asking if we still wanted to proceed. When he returned, wasn't sure if he was actually repairing the tub or checking problem. Total time was @ 1 hour, including getting part. Gave us a bill for $252.96, which included a 10% discount! Called office to inquire about the high bill. Lady who answered said district manager was gone for the day. However, he would call next day. Never received a call.
