+ -1 moreIt's the worse service I've ever had in my entire life. They made me pay TOTALLY up front for the windows and then it took them OVER TWO YEARS to complete the job. Their Sub broke the brick around my windows by prying out the old windows without using a block or something to protect the brick. It took MONTHS to get the right Windows FROM TEXAS.... I could have walked and got them faster. They ordered the wrong sizes,,,,,then the wrong color. They ordered a sliding door and when it came the door opened on the wrong side, Their solution???? They wanted to put the door in upside down.........NOT A CHANCE!!! They set the windows in and they are bowed.... I got tired of fighting with them and after OVER TWO YEARS I reluctantly accepted the job. They NEVER offered a discount....their discount was agreeing that the job was lousy and apologizing over and over for over TWO YEARS!!! They sent 7 different Sub Contractors over the 2 years to correct problems. I would walk in and buy things from LOWES but I WOULD NEVER GET THEM TO DO ANY WORK FOR ME!!!!!!EVER!!!!!!!!!!
