It took a little while to get an appointment. Like a week, but the crew that came out was very friendly and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them for sprinkler work.

They were so patient with us while picking out a tree for our front yard. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. And our tree was delivered within hours!

I had heard from an acquaintance that Guthal's provided good-quality home pest control service. Therefore, I telephoned them five times, on five different days in mid-July 2013, trying to set up an appointment to have my house treated (we were having an ant problem). Although I spoke with the secretaries who answered the phone and I left numerous messages, the pest control worker never called back, or responded. This went on for a full week. I finally ended up calling another pest-control company. In speaking with the staff at Guthal's, they indicated the pest control work was done by a single employee. It was this employee whom I left messages for, and it was this employee who never returned my calls. He was very unprofessional, and ultimately ended up costing Guthal's a customer, as I took my business elsewhere.

Went into office twice to schedule an estimate for some landscaping. They didn't show up either time. I would try them again since this incident was in 2010 and perhaps it was a bad time.

He was very thorough. He was punctual and professional.

Overall it went very well. I called to have the hydroseeding done and they came out and did it the next day.

At first, we were very excited to be using Guthals. Unfortunately, though, they were unprofessional when we called, and Mr. Guthals often took a long time getting back to us when we had questions. They did not start their work until weeks after we had initially talked about the service, and it took several weeks to finish once they had started. The quality of the sod was sub-par and we ended up having to get it redone the following year.
