EASTERN AUDIO

As I read in a review on another site, "Customer service is notoriously bad in Clovis, and these guys are a breath of fresh air, one of the few places with actual good customer service". My car radio had shorted out about a month earlier (and caused the entire interior of the car to lose all electrical power), and I had searched for a auto repair shop to look at it. After finding a place to determine the issue, THAT place held onto the car for two days, and didn't do much except determine that the issue was in the radio. I stopped into Eastern, was shown a number of different options for replacing the stereo (in a number of different price ranges), and set up an appointment for the following day. The new stereo is an improvement over the (rather nice) factory model, sounds awesome, is very modern (has bluetooth), and is working without issue. The service was exceptional, they even programmed the stations from my old radio into the preselects here. I could have possibly gotten the work done for a lesser price, if I had driven to Amarillo or Lubbock, but that would have been a major inconvenience, and I know the radio would not have matched the quality of this radio. This is a high-quality model, and I highly doubt that I will be returning any time soon (this is a good thing), but I had this place recommended to me, and would definitely recommend them. And, should I need a new stereo at some point in the future (surely years from now), I know that I would return here without hesitation.
