 + -1 moreNever got call and no one every stop by..... After the many calls, I will not call again or recommend this Cinderfella Chimney Sweep to no one.
Description of Work: I have call this company, four times to come out and check my chimney, There has been a voice mail, all four time, I have left four message, and no one as called or come by to check my chimney, for the winter months, before I start to burn wood.

 + -1 moreI give Cinderfella Chimney Sweep a 5 star rating! Did an outstanding professional job.Cleaned and swept stove pipe. Found blocked stove pipe. Provided a complete inspection at no extra cosr. Realigned pipe loosened by another chimney sweep. I was impressed with the quality of equipment used. I was given a detailed receipt listing all work performed and inspection and condition of my stove and chimney pipe. I am so pleased with Kevin Merritt's performance that I have scheduled my next chinmey cleaning in 2014. Thank you Angie's List, I was unable to find a Chimney Sweep on my own. From now on I will check with you first whenever I have other problems. Your's is a great service, especially for those who live in rural areas.
Description of Work: Cleaned wood stove chimney, did a complete inspection, found loosened pipe dislodged by previous chimney sweep, repaired, adjusted damper , cleaned smoke chamber, removed buildup from blocked bottom of pipe, no air would have gone up, but would have backed into house. Could have been a danger. Performed a National Fire Protection's Association standard tests.

 + -1 moreTwo technicians came to our home. They arrived promptly at the time of the scheduled appointment. They checked the chimney on the roof and cleaned up there. They also cleaned the fireplace pit and lower chimney from inside the house. No mess was made in our house. They worked quickly and efficiently. We have them service the chimney every couple of years and we are completely satisfied.
Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected fireplace chimney.
