I had an overall positive experience when I had my windows tinted at All start tint and dint. The tint looks awesome and I am very pleased with the Job he did. Staff member we very friendly and out going. And the best thing is they offer a military discount. It is great to see local businesses appreciating our military members. I will definatly recommend them.

I had a small dent in my car I wanted removed and wanted my windows tinted. When I went to pick up my car at the end of the day, a guy was on his cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me at first. I was the only one in the shop. Finally, he looked up and handed me my key to the car and receipt and I handed him a check, no words were spoken. I asked if there is anything I need to know and he shook his head so I left. He did not give me any instructions, like not to roll my windows down for a few days or how to clean the tint. I have had my cars tinted before so I knew how to care for the tint. But he did not know that, as this was my first time doing business with this shop. The dent was removed and I could not even tell where it had been. It was an excellent job. However, 2 weeks later, I noticed bubbles in the tint on my 3 of my windows. I called the shop and they apologized and asked me to bring the car back. I brought the car back for a 2nd time. When I went to pick up my car, the same guy was waiting for me in his truck with the motor running. He got out of his truck, handed me the key and apologized, this time he asked me not to roll the windows down for 3 days ( I waited 4 days the last time). I thanked him and left. Now, 2 weeks later I have bubbles in one window. I have never had to take any of my cars back twice for tinting in my life! I am debating whether to pay another shop to tint the one window.
