Description of Work: I called about a refrigerator repair. They scheduled my appointment (2-hour windows, not "after 1200" like some do), but were able to get a technician out a day earlier during the availability I had given them. The tech called during the expected service times and arrived promptly. He had to order a part after the first visit. The part arrived quickly, and they had a tech out to install it the next day. Great service all the way around!

+ -1 moreIt's still waiting on parts, they had to order more parts and it was actually not repaired yet. I used a warranty service so I'm only paying the $75 cost of my home warranty thing. They are very careful. I got hardwood floors and they are very careful in moving stuff around so they are pretty good with that.
Description of Work: I've used AAA Appliance Service & Parts. It was to repair a desk conductor.

+ -1 moreService went very, very well. Tech was knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our ice maker in the freezer.
Description of Work: Tech was on time, prompt in diagnosis and only charged the service fee for the visit to replace the water line for the ice maker and in-door water. Great service, was able to make a next day appointment.
